Busy week here at EU Property Solutions with new clients coming on board and cases progressing well towards a final settlement. We also have another advisor on a trip in the Costa Del Sol meeting new and old contacts alike.
Looking out over the grey London skyline here in Canary Wharf it is clear that summer in the UK is long gone, the nights are drawing in and the weather taking a turn for the worse. I understand many resorts across Europe are still enjoying high temperatures but the fact is that summer season is now over. We saw last year this was a busy time for new client enquiries and we are expecting the same over the coming months.
When out of season rental properties can cause a real headache, the mortgage and associated costs do not end but the chance of letting the property for a lengthy period is nigh on impossible. Accordingly this can be a time of year when foreign homeowners feel the “pinch” and are having to find additional funds to keep their property account up to date.
For those who are suffering negative equity this can be a real headache, paying your own money to sustain a negative asset can be a real frustration. Many will simply return the keys to their lender and ignore all contact – this will not resolve the matter and you put home assets at risk. You need to proactive and liaise with the lender advising of your situation.
If you are struggling to maintain a Negative equity property particularly now that renting the property is becoming more and more difficult then please contact EU Property Solutions on +44 (0) 330 124 1230. Our team can arrange a free initial consultation at a time and place to suit you. We assist in the disposal of the troublesome asset and negotiate on your behalf to solve any outstanding debt burden. EU Property Solutions achieve settlements on a weekly basis saving our clients hundreds of thousands of Euros.
In other exciting news we can confirm we will be opening a Costa Del Sol office in the coming months as we look to deal with the expected increase in demand for our services. We want to thank our partners Urbytus and in particular their director Ali for their assistance in finding our new base. Our case manager Rado is moving to run the new office and will be travelling regularly across Spain whilst visiting our Belfast and London offices’ too. When we have an exact date we will let you know.
Exciting times ahead at EU Property Solutions and we look forward to achieving more settlements over the coming months to the end of 2015.
